Reconstitution is volume math, not a protocol
How vial milligrams, diluent milliliters, and U-100 units relate — and why that arithmetic is not a personal dose.

A lyophilized peptide is a dry cake in a vial. Adding a measured volume of diluent produces a concentration: milligrams per milliliter. Drawing a fraction of that solution on a U-100 syringe is then a volume problem. That is all the Peptide Help calculator solves.
On a U-100 syringe, 1 unit equals 0.01 mL, so 100 units equal 1 mL. If a 10 mg vial is mixed with 1 mL of diluent, the solution is 10 mg/mL. A 1 mg research amount is 0.1 mL, which is 10 units. Change the water volume and the unit mark changes. The peptide mass in the vial did not.
Why approved labels still win
Approved peptide medicines that need reconstitution have labeled diluents and instructions. Tesamorelin prescribing information is an example of that labeled process. A research-chemical vendor mix is not that label. Copying a community 'units' screenshot onto an approved medicine, or the other way around, mixes two different products.

What the calculator will not do
Volume math does not choose a personal dose, an injection site, or a reconstitution technique for human use. It does not tell you whether a gray-market vial contains the named peptide. If a safety field on a profile says the evidence is not sufficiently established, the calculator cannot fill that gap.
Use the calculator to understand concentration. Use the peptide profile and the primary source to understand evidence. Those are different jobs.
