Peptide Help is the educational site at knowspeptides.com. There is no visitor account system. Public contact and shop checkout both use Telegram @Larsjuuh. Message that account for privacy requests.
Favorites, recently viewed peptides, the shop cart, and the light/dark appearance preference are stored in this browser (local storage). They are not sent to Peptide Help until you choose to open a Telegram checkout message. Clearing site data in the browser removes them. The settings page explains that saved list data lives on the device.
If you check out from the cart, this site opens Telegram with a prefilled order: line items, quantities, and a subtotal. Telegram then processes your Telegram account under Telegram’s own terms. The operator of Peptide Help sees the message you send so the research-vial order can be placed. Do not include information you do not want in that chat.
Peptide Help does not run a customer database, payment form, newsletter signup, or on-site analytics pixel. It does not sell personal information. Server logs from hosting may include IP address, user agent, and the URL requested, which is ordinary website operation and is retained only as long as the host keeps logs.
Appearance uses local storage, not an advertising cookie. Hosting and the browser may still set a small technical cookie needed to deliver the page. There are no third-party ad cookies on this site.
Device-local tools run because you use the site. Telegram checkout runs because you start that chat. You can refuse checkout, stop using Telegram, or ask the operator to delete order messages they still hold. Access, correction, and erasure requests go to the same Telegram account. If a request is about data only Telegram holds, Telegram’s privacy tools apply as well.
This site is not directed at children. Research-vial orders are not offered to minors. Do not send a child’s personal information in Telegram.
