GHRP-2 (pralmorelin) is a growth hormone-releasing peptide that acts as a ghrelin-receptor agonist. It has appeared in diagnostic GH-stimulation contexts in some countries. That is not the same as an approved lifestyle or body-composition drug in the United States. Evidence for unsupervised use is not sufficient.
